Firs Hiding Utilities

These firs grew wild out by the street where they would screen the utility
boxes and pipes, so our only problem was in keeping
the POA from cutting them down when they mowed the street edges. Sumac is
in front of the fir to the right. We were too slow
to keep the POA from mowing down the Sumac in 2009, but there is some more
out of picture to the right of the firs.
The firs grew from nothing pretty quickly, considering they get
no food nor water out by the street.
